During a bathroom renovation, the floor fitter managed to chip our new shower tray. I contacted Snag Doctors via WhatsApp & John Hughes replied within minutes. A few days later he came to the house & performed some kind of magic, because there is absolutely no sign of the chip now at all. A fantastic job, thankyou John, & excellent customer service too. My husband had a bit of an accident involving a jigsaw on a newly installed kitchen worktop. I went on line to see if it was possible to repair or would we need a new one. I came across a company named Snag doctor. Rang the number on their home page and spoke to a guy named John...very nice guy...explained what had happened and asked if maybe he thought they would be able to do something, he said he was sure they could and asked for some pics. He messaged back saying it was a nasty one but it should be repairable. John duly turned up on the day and about an hour and a half later, all done. Absolutely brilliant job! Can't thank him enough, well worth the fee. Hubby was relieved too! Would have no hesitation recommending this company. Will keep their number in case of any future mis-haps!

Fantastic service! Fitted me in very quickly and even travelled in order to do the job. Sorted out an unsightly mess a broadband company had made with a hole, wiring and what seemed like multiple tubes of silicone. All done while I was at work and coming home, couldn’t tell where the hole and wires were previously! What a brilliant talent. Can’t wait to find another task for the Snag Doctor to do next! Following the installation of a new (more compact) intercom system at a small block of apartments in Exeter, a hole was left in the brickwork of the property. John from Snag Doctor Southwest effected a complete repair which accurately matched the surrounding brickwork. It is physically impossible to tell that any work on the brickwork has ever been carried out and for me, as a customer, that is exactly the result I was looking for. From my experience I have no hesitation in saying that Snag Doctor Southwest is can excellent customer-focused company and I cannot rate or recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed should you ever need their services!

We contacted Snag Doctor South West after noticing some hairline cracks in our ceramic bathroom sink. We also had a chip in our kitchen sink and a blemished worktop. I was able to send photos via Whatsapp which allowed them to give me a quote very quickly and the issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally by Rob. You can't see where any of the repairs were (unless in a very very harsh light) and we were delighted with the results. In a throwaway age, it's so good to be able to get craftsmen who allow you to keep and restore beloved items rather than just chuck out and buy new. So pleased with the results and service. Thoroughly recommend!
