I have recently left after being employed by snaap for around a year at the swale site. I really enjoyed working here at feel the pay was fair, staff were a great team and manager was very supportive. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I am no longer able to commit, but I highly recommend this to childcare workers!

Excellent charity that provides a number of services for families of children who have special needs. They are available for support and advice and can help with relevant paperwork as well as organising activities for both families and children themselves. There are a variety of holiday activities and two clubs as well as term time stay and play and youth group sessions amongst other things. They are a lifeline to many families.
