I started training here just over a year ago in my late 20s having never done any form of martial arts before. After this time it is clear this gym has been one of my best experiences. Aside from helping with my overall fitness (which really wasn’t great when I started), I get to learn from great teachers and have made friends along the way. The atmosphere is really welcoming and members are treated like family.

It was my first time and I absolutely loved the session. Coach Sam was very friendly and welcoming. I was assigned to a fighter and he taught me the basics and combos. Will become a member! Exciting for this journey. :)

My Son joined the Academy 3 months ago and he is loving it. The instructors are very polite and dedicated, specially the 1-2-1 instructor (Siggy). Sam himself is available most of the times and very approachable. Highly recommended !!

I learned so much in the free sessions. I would recommend going there, they are so nice, down to earth 🌎, humble people that teach you. Kat and Celia taught me, if I had the money I would attend more often because too expensive. Kat is so funny and Celia is very kind. The hygiene their is good, the things you use is wiped down with antibacterial spray. I'm Muslim and they would let me pray if it clashed with the training like before it. They were very 🙏 respectful. They are really good fighters like Elia taught me once but it was amazing, they are all really good and humble😊😊😊😊😊
