What can I say, after queuing to enter the yard which is normal to then start unstrapping curtains to be told bump caps not acceptable and replace with a hard hat (both tested to same standard) to continue with my curtains to then be told my footwear wasn't acceptable as its open backed. (Still toe capped tho) and their signage doesn't differentiate so in all respect I was wearing safety footwear as per instructions.... so I managed to bend 2 slightly personal h&s rules. Yet signage all over stating no reversing without a banksman and a driver is left to his own devices..... this firm needs a visit from the h&s executive to take stock on its policies.
