This normally excellent pub has plunged in quality due to the lack of real cask ale! A crime in a London pub and very disappointing! This ruins the entire experience and is a massive loss to the local scene! Terrible decision! It needs to be put right quickly or it will no longer have my trade.

The score given is only 1 stars due to not being a welcoming pub. It is nice having a karaoke night but the music is so loud which does not allow you to speak with your mates. Therefore, a less loud volume would be great. But the main negative part was the annoyed attitude from one staff member: a young girl working behind the bar, blond hair and an accent which might be from an Eastern EU country. Looking like she had a bad shift and responding like there was an argument between us. I had to tell her that I was not arguing (I did not know my table number and her and another staff member wanted me to go and get it). I suffer from an invisible disability and I showed my disable card since I have problems with my legs. She looked annoyed. Before getting sick, I used to work in hospitality for yrs and her facial expression and attitude were the reaction of someone who should not face the public. Very unwelcoming. I will never come back.
