I spent a whole week building a guitar with Stu at SMP Guitars and I can honestly say it was one of the most satisfying weeks of my life so far!! Stu truly is a master of his craft! He took me through every step of the way and I left with an absolutely fantastic guitar! He allowed me the freedom to be creative and really bring my ideas to life! For someone like myself that could never imagine even building a guitar and then managing to have one completed within a week!! The guitar building course is worth every single penny! I cannot recommend this course enough! I left SMP guitars with a bit more knowledge of my intrument and the amount of work that goes into creating a quality instrument from scratch!! I honestly cannot thank Stu enough!! If the course is running again next year I will definitely be back!! Thank you Stu! You're an absolute legend!!

Had my Ibanez RGAIX7FM refretted with stainless steel frets and a new TUSQ nut done by Stu at SMP, and both are absolutely perfect, plays like a dream and he even did a set up and sorted my pickup heights for free. Highly recommend!
