Not what I was expected we made a booking for a table got one by the door, place was busy still we got the starter before drinks we had to ask again, ordered tonic water for tab water still invoiced tonic The beef brisket 3 slices warm in a big plate for the price you pay it is bad We had a burger, it was not the best if we think of the concept, chicken wings were the best out of the order Maybe not the best day we picked

We visited the SmokeShed for a family celebration and had a wonderful time. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. The food was out of this world! Every dish was a new experience. The Chef has talents I’ve never experienced before. This is now our favourite place to dine. Everyone should try it. Parking: There is plenty of parking close by in the high road and Sainsbury’s car park is handy if necessary. There is limited parking in the front of SmokeShed but some of the spaces are restricted and will get tickets. Double check when you park.

Such a great spot! Service was lovely, such friendly staff - food was delicious and really good value for money! Definitely would go back again! If you're driving, you can park up in the Sainsburys or Asda right next door for free, only a minute walk to Smokeshed!

It’s real shame when the Owner responds to a honest review as a two-bit restaurateur! Your staff offered to get me new wings because they knew they weren’t fresh and got exposed! However I declined because the food took so long to come out in the first place. Best advice I can give you as honest customer is “up your game instead of getting defensive “ As to your comment regarding cost it’s not VALUE FOR MONEY to me when we had a below average meal. Food quality 3* Cleanliness 3* Venue 4* Hospitality 4* Chicken wings pre-cooked despite being told everything is fresh. Wings served Luke warm and tasted pre heated. Average quality ingredients used. Main Beef brisket £16 for 3 thin slices, not value for money see photo Milkshake complete disappointment was more like chocolate milk not made with ice cream as told! Very expensive £5.60 Cutlery not clean or not clean looking. Overall verdict- nice place attentive staff but would not come back - food below average. Bill for 3 adults and 2 children £138 With no alcoholic drinks
