Thanks so much to Nik and Gill for the amazing late night food they provided at our wedding at Buckler's Hard in the New Forest. The trailer looked very special, and the the guests all loved the pulled pork sandwiches and mushroom sandwiches, which were super tasty and really filling! Nik was also a pleasure to work with beforehand, always being quick to communicate, and sorting out issues like power at the venue so we didn't have to worry about organising anything.

Highly recommend - Smoke'Us who delivered our company team members something special, as a thank you. We had a smoked beef brisket in a soft white roll, with beef ends in gravy poured over, then topped with pickles and a fresh vinegar coleslaw & sauce of choice (I had a little chilli sauce) the meat texture was perfect & taste was absolutely incredible. The smell of the beef being warmed along with gravy cooking was incredible. Nik & Gill served us with lots of humour, warmth & professionalism. Soon the full Smoke 'Us trailer will be available for events hires. Meantime they would be delighted to support local business / private events.
