I called up Smoke city cycles to enquire about a bike recovery, and it was the best decision I ever made. The team are amazing and very friendly. If I’d called any other company they would’ve charged me over £100 but Smoke city cycles only charged my £50 for recovery. I’d recommend this company as they’re very professional and very friendly. I booked my bike in a week prior to the date and despite covid having a drastic effect on the flow of logistics, all parts were readily available in time for a full service on my bike.🤗 As the battery was dead, they offered a collection service with all the necessary ramps and ratchet straps to safely secure the bike through transportation.😘👌 They treated my bike with much care and attention in preparation for an MOT to follow, which is also done on site/next door. They are a very knowledgeable group of guys covering different age groups and expertise, from classic cruisers to modern racers and were welcoming and happy to let me pick their brains (I'm like an inquisitive kid "what's that? What's this for"🙈). After passing the MOT, they gave me some sound advice of things to keep an eye on and even foam washed my bike, so it was sent back with love 🤗. The only thing they didn't do was gift wrap the bike 😱 But I'm sure they could of if I asked!? 🤔😂 I highly recommend this garage. Thanks guys!
