My fav jewellery store in brum for sure - they have unique designs, a peaceful atmosphere, and lovely customer service. I personally love silver a lot, n here u can find so many different silver accessories and vintage stuff!! Also the staff are absolutely professional and friendly - always give great recommendations and even told me which shop to go in jewellery quarter :))) a big THANKS from a loyal customer x

They sell some lovely items - however the staff are pretty unfriendly. There are some awkward silences at the checkout as they wrap items in absolute silence with no effort made to talk to customers in a friendly manner. This is evidenced by the other less than perfect reviews which all mention the staff. They also seem to behave more pleasantly towards older customers rather than younger ones. Bit of ageism going on there I think! Probably a good idea for the owner to look into some customer service training rather than continually defending inadequate staff. UPDATE in response to the ownder: The rude staff were older ones, not young.... hope this helps.
