Rude and disrespectful is an accurate description of the conduct of this man who could learn a thing or two about building a good reputation for his business. I wanted some help with a small but vital job on my car. And Mr Smithson if that is his name hung the phone up on me. It's quite obvious it's because I was not naive and knew he could not overcharge me for work on my car. What ever response is given to my review will most lightly be false as to make himself look innocent.
