Well, where do you start with a review of a funeral directors, Smiths have been first class from beginning to the end , we didn't know anything about them whatsoever why should you ,its not the service you need or want everyday, as they were on duty I suppose you could say on the day my mother passed, they collected her and left a card with us the two gentlemen were very respectful and gave as much time as needed so we decided to go with Smiths , we have a couple of undertakers in our town so I suppose people would think we would automatically use one of those , well I'm glad we used SFD, everything was organised very well we wasn't pressured into spending unnecessary money for things we didn't need and I would fully recommend there services, hopefully they will look after me when it's my turn , thank you

We cannot thank Mark enough for handling everything in the most professional but compassionate manner. We wanted to get everything sorted as soon as possible since we needed to transport the remains back home (outside of UK) for the funeral so he really did his best to finish all the paperwork and schedule cremation at the earliest date possible. Mark was also very helpful by giving us some general advice on other matters. Our family is super greatful for making this as smooth and easy for us as possible - thanks again, Mark.

Unfortunately my 2 year old Daughter Phoebe passed away recently we used Smiths funeral directors for her funeral and they were amazing the whole way through she looked as beautiful as she did in life they were and still are very supportive of us throughout the whole ordeal I couldn’t of chosen a better funeral director if I have tried, special mention to Mark Smith you’ve really done a great job looking after Phoebe and myself and Mel thank you for everything you’re an amazing person and your family are really lovely and supportive Thanks again David

When my Father passed away, we as a family wanted his final journey to have a military theme, as he was a Veteran. When we got in touch with Smiths and explained what we wanted to do, they where so understanding. Everything we suggested they approved. They looked after my Father right to the end. On the day of the funeral we had to jig things around a little, I phoned Shane, who passed everything on to Ian, and everything ran smoothly. Ian said to my Brother, Grandson, and myself, that Dad's funeral will stay with him as what we did was so special. I cannot praise and thank Smiths enough for all they did for my Dad and our family.
