After debating a DIY gardening project I decided to hire some equipment for the weekend, Matthew rang me within a few minutes of the store opening after sending in an email enquiry and was helpful and knowledgeable. I hoped to pick up on the Friday to get going first thing Saturday but was delayed to collect so called on the off chance they could stay behind for me after hours, this wasn't a problem at all and when I arrived Matthew, John and Andrew were ready to help with smiles and advice, they didn't make me feel rushed and were happy to answer my questions even though it was after hours on a Friday. Going that extra mile to help really left me with a positive experience and they are a credit to the company. Thank you

Called in White Lund store today 26/5/22 around 3PM with an urgent job needing completing at Lancaster University. Firstly - they had the materials required in stock and ready to go. Secondly and much to my surprise they were willing to get it delivered there and then - which they did. Materials on site and ready to go by 3.45 PM - fantastic service and very reasonably priced. I have used this business before and they have always been good but the service we received today was second to none. Solved a problem when we needed it most ! I encourage you to use these guys if you are in a tight spot - I will certainly be advising anybody that asks me. Special thanks to Chris, Sam and the lady from the front office whose name I didn’t catch.
