Great service, and equipment was clean & ready to use. Good communication over online enquiry, followed up with phone call from William to check everything was in order, and then through to collection from Castleford. Hired artificial grass sweeper for weekend. Only small complaint - it Comes complete with one full tank of petrol / oil mixture for the 2 stroke engine. Could have been 5 star review if they had offered an additional “can” of petrol as a spare just in case it ran out over the weekend. The tank gives around 1.5/2.0 hours of constant use which was just about enough, but if I had had the extra fuel (at a cost) I could have done more work with the unit. Will definitely use again.

Really happy with my recent hire experience with smiths. As a tree surgeon we needed a specialist tracked Mewp at short notice for a very dangerous tree removal. Chris and his team were brilliant from start to finish despite clearly been extremely busy at the depot. The lads who delivered the machine where Really accommodating despite the horrendous lorry acess to where we we working. I'll definitely be using these guys from now onwards and look forward to building a great business relationship with them. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!!!!
