Amazing service! What a great shop..... I ordered my items by email but only because I wanted to visit the shop and was unable to due to covid . I will be ordering online in the future with confidence as I was very impressed with the lovely people I had contact with and how helpful they were. Great stock of unusual items and of great quality... Worth every penny ... I am aware that some items have a waiting time but to be honest that would not put me off as I believe they are worth the wait . Thanks guys for all your help. Jane

Wow! Is all I can say to the response I have just had from this store when reporting that an item I had bought for a Christmas present was damaged! I spent £30 on a vintage road sign which was damaged with the wood split and paintwork damaged in two places. I had the item delivered in early December but since I had given it as a Christmas gift it wasn't opened until Christmas day - Obviously !!!! I emailed them firstly on christmas day and then again a few days later. Their email reply states "You received your product on December 2nd and only just reported it to us on December 29th. I'm sorry but we are unable to assist you any further with this matter. " They said they had 24 hours to make a claim against the courier, however to me it looks like the damage would have already been done before being shipped. I'm all for supporting small businesses especially in the current climate, however in this case I wish I really hadn't bothered!
