Chris was welcoming and puts you immediately at ease, taking the time to sit down and explain to us the different characteristics of diamonds etc.. and working within our budget. We picked up the ring today, and it's fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone.

He was super friendly, reassuring and transparent throughout all our conversations and I bought Josh and his Jewellers as much as the stone when I ultimately decided to go with them. Like others, my partner and I were daunted by the endless stream of shops and sales people down Hatton Garden. We just happened to see a ring style in the window of Smith and Green and went in with some ring fatigue! We were blown away by the superb service from Josh and Chris for an engagement ring. Very patient, understanding and put you at ease throughout the whole process. The ring looks absolutely stunning, brilliant work.

Went to Hatton Garden not expecting to find an engagement ring but after spending time with Josh I quickly found the perfect ring. The customer service on the day was first class and much better than the other shops I visited in the area. When I needed to make an amendment to the ring size Josh was great help in sorting the changes in a quickly manner. I would highly recommend and I will be returning when I need to buy the wedding rings.
