Worst company I ever used . They installed the windows 3 weeks ago and they supposed to come back to make good the window from the living room. I have called them 10 times or more and every time only excuses….the guy is on holiday or 2nd is called sick and I’m still waiting for them to call me back to let me know when they are coming back to finish their works….they left the window only with the expending foam around them on this days with a lot of rain….and I almost forgot to say that the window seal from upstairs bedroom it’s already cracked after first week

Fraudulent people and company. New staff are either unaware or in someway linked as some old staff linked to the frauds. The company will first quote big and give you a discount and will promise installation in 1 to 2 months. Then their surveyor will make some error and the second surveyor will ridicule the first thus buying time. Then they will keep moving the installation dates. If you withhold payment for non completion of work they will go to small claims Court to get ccj. If you pay they will still not acknowledge payment and try to extort money saying it is admin fee. Not only avoid this company but raise awareness. Today on 2nd March 2023 Jacki and Gary from the company had threatened me that I have to take this review down or else they continue with their vengeance of not reporting back to the court about the ccj although ot was paid 3 years ago in 2020 for an incomplete job. I will continue to update I acknowledge your reply, however as expected you are misrepresenting the fact, as the payment was paid in full three years ago. The court had informed me that irrespective of your response as the evidence is submitted they will mark the ccj satisfactory. Atleast now come clear in public. Don't smudge with more dirt. And until today you have not completed the job. You want to save the face of your company; there is only one way. "Honesty". Follow up: The court issued a satisfaction certificate that everything was paid in 2020 proving the company was lying all this time. April 2023.

I can’t really understand why this company doesn’t have higher reviews on Google, from our experience they definitely aren’t reflective of what we purchased. The sales guy Steve was very good, and 100 times better than a couple of other companies who had quoted for the work, likewise the surveyor who was also good. We’ll save the best comments for the installation guy Scott who was amazing, he fitted 7 windows alone (two of them being almost 3m x 2m) as well as a new front door. Not only was his work fantastic but he’s a genuinely nice guy who we can’t recommend highly enough. We’re very happy with the finished product and will request Scott again when we need further work completed next year. One slight disappointment was the original installation date wasn’t kept BUT I don’t feel that is enough to knock off a whole star. That aside, great product great price and more importantly three great people who came to our home.

A strange 'company' called constantly and never wanted anything on email. Scam, wheeler dealer mentality. Super bizarre! they also hung up on me and asked me 'why would I want that?!' in a very rude way when asked to get a quote on email....Avoid and report!

After working a night shift and getting to bed at 9am the last thing I needed is to be woken up by a persistent salesman knocking repeatedly and aggressively at my door to try to sell me windows. I felt very vulnerable to be confronted by a man in my night wear and didn't like the way he looked me up and down and gawped at myself when I answered the door after being woken up. This is 2022 and surely disturbing people in their own home, waking them up in my case, is a sales tactic that needs to be stopped. To clarify the claim below of them offering apologies for noise caused by an installation at a neigbour's house. No, they were door to door salesmen offering leaflets. Simply stop this ridiculous / old-fashioned practise and employ people that dont gawp and young ladies that they wake up in their own homes. This certainly deserves a 1 Star review, indeed you woke one of my friends up in the same road that I just discovered was treated the same way I was (looked up and down and gawped at) so deserve this.
