The manager of the branch Donna tried to charge over £64+VAT for a small fitting worth less than £6+VAT. If that's the service for just 1 fitting, Imagine what a whole jobs worth would cost! That is the last time they mess us around in there. Can see why they're always empty and BSS across the road are always busy. Definitely the last time we go in there and get messed around.
