    Visited today for an emergency appointment with Michael to look at a painful damaged tooth. I mentioned to begin with that I was rather nervous and hadnt stepped foot in a dentists for a good ten years because of this. Michael talked me through everything as he was doing it, the tooth was extracted and I came away feeling positive about the whole experience. Despite it being an emergency appointment to look at the damaged tooth Michael had a quick look around the rest of my teeth and advised I have other issues which I will be definitely returning to have sorted in the near future! All in all a great experience, if you are a nervous patient I would 100% recommend Smiles Centre!

    Rang to get an emergency app for mother in law, was not explained the charges & was charged nearly £300 to get a tooth removed. Spoke to the manager, but pointless as they had already taken her £. Was told they would take a deposit if £40 & tooth extraction would be £93. Really unimpressed with the attitude when queried. Staff training required & stop ripping innocent people off

    Came to Smiles due to advertised as Gentle Dental, I have had a phobia about dentistry for many years after bad experiences. Am so glad I did. Have always been treated with kindness, patience and understanding, at Smiles, always being kept informed and allowed to progress at my own pace. All the staff are friendly and the relaxed atmosphere helps me to feel the same. I am no longer scared of dentists !

    Outstanding, professional and friendly service. So happy to have recently signed up with Smiles, they are better than my previous Dentist. Chris immediately identified old fillings that needed replacing, which my previous Dentist didn’t even discuss. It’s so much more comfortable to chew on that side of the mouth now and I didn’t realise before, how much I was avoiding certain teeth, I simply thought it was increased sensitivity with age. Chris and his assistant are great and I enjoyed our discussions as well.
