The place is lovely, staff were ok but the massage was very poor. My appointment was at 5:30pm, I was lying for 8 minutes waiting for someone to come, the staff were laughing and talking so could not start on time, then they spent more time massaging my head than my body and then stopped exactly at 6:30pm on the dot. The staff I believe are trained but they avoid pressure points in the palm, sole of feet, shoulders and lower back, so maybe they need more training. Total rip off of £45.

Been a customer of this place for 5 years now, it's professional, clean and the whole service is on point. Had massages with various staff but usually I had joy who is excellent, came here again and had a deep tissue massage and I’m sure they use tiger balm which is a cold oil it helped relax my muscles I felt fully refreshed after the treatment, I paid £50 which I think it was worth it with what the products and experience I received.
