Absolutely love this surf shop in Newquay. One of the classics. I've lived in Cornwall since I was 9 and my dad always took me to smile surf shop before a good surf at fistral beach. Now 40 and this place is still going strong. Shop local surfers. Keep the tradition alive. You walk in and the the smell of fresh billabong T's and wetsuits. Only a surfer knows the feeling.

The staff at this shop are absolutely VILE, the older lady who served my 15 year old daughter on Thursday ended up making her cry, they hide their terms of returns behind stock & then ridiculed her when she asked to return an item!!! I don't wish anyone any malice but I do hope this shop goes out of business over the winter! Its very big and clever ridiculing a child when your at the age you are, you should know better, evil piece of S!!T
