VERY NERVOUS PATIENT. I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years.... I had my first appointment today with Dentist Val and Pippa his assistant. They were sympathetic, down to earth yet professional, very knowledgeable, explained everything very fully and were both caring. My nerves soon relaxed a little. Thank you to ALL the team at Smile, the receptionists are approachable, helpful and friendly too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

This is wonderful dentist office with friendly, polite and professional staff. Highly recommended.π. Returned for checkups on both of my children on 22/02/2022, and the dentist was incredibly good with them both. She explained every step of the way to my daughter, who is autistic. This really helped her to feel calm and understand what was happening next. The hygienist was also very friendly and kind. The ladies at the front desk are polite and efficient, as well. Highly recommend, as always!β€οΈ

First time here although my daughter has been using this place for years. Really nice staff and dentist prices are the same everywhere but the service makes up for any cost. If you can get on their books (so busy) itβs worth it. My original dentist decided they would only take private patients since the lockdown (even though they are NHS).

Useless, I have a tooth pain for last 6 months, I have huge hole over there.. basically they're just refused to help me with that, because they said, is nothing there.. when I asked to have that on writing, they refused as well..not recommended, don't waste your time..
