This practice claims to be an NHS dentist, but when you arrive they offer only private services. A check-up for £40 didn't even involve an x-ray. They tried to charge my mum £2,280 for a course of treatment!

You advertise as an nhs dentist but then refuse to give treatment to a pensioner unless she pays £1300 privately even though the NHS website is VERY CLEAR that the treatments she needs are covered by NHS band 3. If you're not happy with the payment you get for carrying out NHS treatment then don't offer NHS services but don't attempt to take advantage of elderly patients.

Honestly every single time I have to call them or every single time I've to go there, the receptionists are rude and unfriendly. If you try to call them the waiting time is stupidly long and later on they'll not give you any help. Otherwise, my dentist Veronika, she's lovely and always really helpful and attentive.

Shocking! Paid 25 quid for them to look and say nothing is wrong with my tooth? I'm sorry but the x-ray I had done over 10 years ago suggests otherwise no this dentist didn't x-ray it. This was Wednesday and today is Saturday and I'm still in pain. It's also caused me to not go somewhere else because they've made out I'm wasting my time because they can't see anything wrong! ( What about the part of tooth missing) lucky I was in so much pain for me to argue further!

Desk was very helpful, hopefully the dentist refuse to help with anything as I was an emergency and left me in more pain then what I came in for, they wanted me to come back for treatment privately

Poor place, just received information that this dental practice stiched us up even though we paid for treatment!!! My dad needed his tooth removed all they did was give him medication and wasted our time, we had to ring 111 again and be told the same excuse!! We received a fine in the post, it's taken ages to sort out!!! Cannot believe how racist and vile these people are, even the dentist was annoying asking if I understand English?

firstly - women's toilet - no toilet paper, no soap in the container and no toilet seat - shock!!! - secondly - a female dentist - a tooth only to be extracted - cost £170. I paid £40 for the check as it is required. I only meant one tooth. The lady dentist informed me that I could get another dentist's opinion. SCADAL! because she is a dentist and she should know 100% what she should do and how to help. The same day I was in another facility - another 42 pounds for good morning, but the dentist said the tooth could be fix. The cost of gum treatment and tooth fix is £120. Cheaper than a snatch at that tooth extraction here .Although my husband has been here before and his tooth was fixed by a male dentist. And he did it very well. YOUNG FEMALE DENTIST, GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE.!
