Receptionist were great, polite. However the dentist was absolutely horrible. She injected the wrong side of my mouth and started treating the wrong tooth so i stopped her and refused to let her continue on the wrong tooth, she then refused to treat the tooth requiring a filling, on the other side of my mouth and said i needed another appointment !! she was rude, a bully and spoke to me like I was a child who couldn't stand up for myself. My experience, more than once, triggered childhood trauma. Once my treatment is finished i am requesting a different dentist.Ok, had my last appointment last week and the dentist was polite and professional, wow that's how it should have been all through the treatment. Maybe this bad review worked.

No stars. Appalling. I have two Ukrainian Refugees living with me on the Homes for Ukraine scheme. They have just escaped bombing. One of them needs dental treatment. 'Smile' advertise as saying they take NHS patients. Nothing. The worst 'Computer says no' response I have ever heard. Come on Annette Holler - Manager. Think outside the box and find some way to help these desperate, please.

Been coming here for a few years, no major issues until December 23rd when a molar broke and I requested an emergency appointment for the next day and was lucky there was a cancellation so I took it. The dentist that examined me told me she thought I was going to need a crown but couldn't refer me to have one because she "wasn't my dentist". To my understanding a dentist is a dentist regardless and I needed help but was given a temporary filling and asked to book an appointment with "my dentist" for whenever they were next available. I was told the dentist would be back beginning of January so i got booked in for an assessment only to have the appointment cancelled the day before so I had to re book. After the assessment i was asked to book again to prep the molar for a private crown. Molar got prepared at the beginning on February and the dentist told me she wanted me back within a week to fit it. When I spoke to reception i was told that the crown wouldnt be ready in a week and that they would ring me when they had it to book me in but a month went past and i heard nothing so i went back and enquired only to be told they didnt have it yet and they rang the lab who told them it would arrive within the next week and again i was told by them that i would get a call to book me in as soon as they had the crown. Nearly another month has passed and nothing. So I am going to have to go back again and enquire or ask for a refund because this is unacceptable. I would switch dentists but many have a long list for private patients and so it is a waiting game. Not to mention they always shut at 5pm so people with 9to5 jobs dont get to see the dentist easily unless they have time off which isnt always easy to get.

The reception staff excellent, the dentist I have at the moment needs to have lessons in people skills on how to talk to and treat her customers, I find her very forceful and doesn't take enough care , after I've finished this course of treatment, I'm requesting a different dentist at this practice , yet again I've come home traumatised

The whole family have used this practice in Havant and our dentist Ankica has been great. No issues and she managed to shape a rear tooth filling that kept coming out and is now perfect.

Smile!!! This is a ridiculous name for a dentist that's only interested in taking all your teeth out and not giving you any other options . My partner has been treated appalling, due to have a root canal and then told they can't find it! Come back in 2 months. Not good enough the dentist clearly doesn't know what she is doing.
