After a day and half of dental pain and a very swollen face was booked an appointment by 111, I am a complete Dentophobe but as soon as I arrived I felt completely at ease the staff are amazing, my Dentist was smiling and friendly very helpful, this is the first dentist I have ever been to that actually listened and didn't make any judgements I am very impressed to the point that I am putting myself on the waiting to join the surgery as a patient Thank you

I took my granddaughter to Smile Dental in Eastleigh fearing for the health of her teeth after not being able to access dental treatment before. Her dentist Henna, was friendly, confident, and so good with her. She was able to complete all the fillings necessary to save her little teeth from getting worse, with a caring and professional manner. I cannot thank the whole team, dentist, nurse and reception staff enough for making this visit such a positive experience for us all. Completely incompetent practice manager Natasha. Waited 45 minutes for appointment, after 30 mins I was told it would be less than another 15 mins. While complaining after 45, she came the appt to the next person without saying anything. What disgraceful behaviour, so rude!

After a night of agonising pain and a call to 111, I had an emergency appointment booked here. The dentist and all staff really couldn’t be more helpful, explaining everything clearly and advising me of my options. A quick X-ray and we both decided my tooth needed to be removed there and then. After 4 injections I was eventually numb, the tooth really didn’t want to come out but the dentist didn’t give up. Eventually out it came and I was sent home, with some detailed after care instructions and advice. I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and would highly recommend Smile dental care Eastleigh
