The Smile Chic dental practice is simply the best dental practice I’ve been to. The practice has a warm glisten and the treatment rooms feel like they’ve been lifted from the Starship Enterprise with the latest dental technology adorning walls and countertops. The latest tech is nothing without an expert master – enter Dr Rad. Dr Rad is charming and extremely capable. I was a little nervous about a wisdom tooth extraction. I felt Dr Rad’s style perfectly suited me as a patient. She broke down the session into mini-chunks which she narrated with a light, warm and professional tone. I was then sufficiently relaxed that I didn't notice when my wisdom tooth had been removed! I would highly recommend Dr Rad and this wonderful practice. Five stars doesn't really do the superb service justice.

I had such a fantastic first experience with Dr.Rad. Firstly, the practise is modern and welcoming, and you’re greeted with a smile upon entrance. Dr.Rad is kind, attentive and clearly very experienced in what she does. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease straight away (something that is so important when you’re a nervous patient). All of the other staff I encountered were so friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend Smile Chic.

An excellent new patient experience - easy to book online and complete my Medical History before I arrived (so no messing around in reception with clipboard and pen). Very nice friendly greeting by both the receptionist and nurse - happy to indulge my nervous chat. A great experience with Persheng - she is lovely and knows her stuff - oral cancer check, charting each of my teeth, x-rays and a full scan of my mouth, which means I don't have to suffer that horrible impression material that old-fashioned dentists still use. My first dental visit in 18 months (I've been a bad patient) and she warned me that my first hygiene visit will need a lot of work - but didn't shout at me. Happy throughout and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular patient. Equally happy with the excellent hygiene treatment I am receiving from Megan - my perio isn't great and she is educating as well as assisting.
