Thank you for the excellent customer service I had earlier today. I purchased three smiggle water bottles online and one did not work (there was a fault on the sipper, so no liquid was coming out), I went into the York store wanting to swap for the exact same one. The two girls on the desk were super helpful, I got a swap with no hesitation and an apology for the inconvenience even though I'd ordered online so not the stores fault. Thank you girls, my son is happy with his water bottle and I'm happy with the ease in which it was sorted.
