Mostly very good. They did however lose my medical notes and am having to have all the medical conditions that they noted re evaluated all over again. Friendly staff and doctors though, and would recommend this medical centre to newcomers to the Smethwick area.

Absolutely disgusting, been trying to book an appointment for over a month, I'm heavily pregnant with on going issues, I phone up 30 secs before 8am and I'm always the 30th person calling, talking about theirs no appointments left and go to a walk in centre which is far and I don't wanna be sat uncomfortable for two hours, I call today and the number on the system is wrong
