Friendly and organised service desk staff - Stefano -. Service and MOT completed satisfactorily. I personally do not find the service technician video health check sent to my mobile useful, but I am sure it suits other people. However, the option of selecting which additional work to have done via a web link to the mobile is a useful feature. It gives you a little more time to reflect on the decision rather than talking to the customer service personnel on the phone. I had a lot of trouble of booking my cars in for service. Neither the call back feature or the online booking option responded in a timely fashion.
