They don’t just answer the phone......on receiving a call they ask questions to find out what the call is regarding and by doing this it sort the wheat from the chaff and allows me to focus on the serious calls. If you are thinking of using Smartstrat, consider this......how many times have you called a company and when it either rings out or goes to answer machine?
