I was a little dubious about investing after reading the negative reviews. I read a couple of blogs from Martin Lewis re top 1 year fixed savers accounts and this was one of them. Had no issues with my online application and it was verified and completed within a few minutes. No issues with transferring funds from my linked account to my savers account. The funds were credited immediately and showed on my dashboard.

Be careful with reinvestment choice. They appear to give no grace if you change your mind even if the new term has not started. Will not be using them again. Much better places to put your money.

AMATEURS website down during business hours with no idea from customer services when it started or when it will be up again. Hardly makes you feel your money is secure if you can't get to it. Im closing and moving to a better provider.
