The service here is excellent - 5 STAR PLUS!!!. I was introduced to Smart4U after having the roof of my smart car smashed by bored teenagers coming down the M4. The service, advice and assistance I received from the team was just what I needed after such an experience (and they didn’t over charge me, and they knew I couldn’t take my car anywhere else). Thank you so much for restoring my beloved smart car to her former glory. You’ve got a new regular customer now.

No communication at all. I took it on Monday and they said it would be ready same day and promised to call as soon as possible to give me a quote. Got half of the job done by Wednesday, first blaming Mercedes for not having the part, then myself because "I wanted my car back". Never gave me a quote not even when he called to confirm the car was ready. Expensive & poor customer service.
