    Used for my direct payments as a fully managed service but my PA wasn’t sent a P60 and the self employed help that I used ended up refusing to work for me after it took almost a month to pay an invoice (and several upset emails from me after my help told me that they hadn’t been paid). As he refused to work for me until the invoice was paid I missed out on a months worth of support that my direct payment was supposed to guarantee me. My direct payments advisor suggested getting the money for the self paid help transferred to my Kent Card but even that wasn’t straightforward- 10 days since I asked- it took a week to even get a response and that was only asking for information I had already sent. I can’t begin to say the level of stress and anxiety that has been caused by all my hie as well as the impact of not having my self employed support for a month. I thought that managed payroll would make life easy but it has made my life significantly harder and I would recommend others to look elsewhere
