Enquired about a van rental, website say £120 for a day rental. When spoke to them a day is from 9am to 5pm for £120. Last time I checked 24hours is a day, not 8hours?! Awful. Not recommended.

Rented a van today, really friendly and genuinely helpful service. Everything was explained about the contract, van was faultless. Price was really good to, and they had free parking right opposite and the greenham business park has security so felt really secure leaving the car there. Really happy and will definitely be using them next time.

Well priced selection of Ford vans. They are always well prepared and spotless. Service from Steve and Dawn is excellent. They are always very friendly and helpful. They can also provide handlebar straps, front wheel chocks and ramps for motorbikes and advice on what the best options are. I've only been using them for a couple of years but I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Excellent experience, called Monday for a van for the Wednesday and they were extremely helpful and welcoming both on the phone and in person. Borrowed a van for a day at a great rate and was given a spotless 21 plate that did all we needed it too. Admittedly the excess is quite high but they are brand new vans so I'm not sure it could be beaten, take it easy and return it as you were given. We would definitely use Smarthire again. Thank you.
