Awful. Do not bother wasting your time with this groomers. I have been once before and they butchered my dogs hair, there were 2 of their own dogs running around trying to hump everything and they wonder why the other dogs won’t stay still on the table. I used them as a last resort for the 2nd time, I made my way (30minute journey) to get there and be told I’d been double booked and I could not possibly be fit in because the groom took an hour and a half and they shut at 5 (it would have taken them until 5.20pm to complete). Don’t waste you’re time here.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT ENROL YOURSELF ONTO THIS COURSE THERE IS NO CERTIFICATES , went to a course and waited 3 hours when the owners was giving the course it kept interrupting to serve customers in the end we were all disappointed waste of money and time

my father and sister paid £1800 for a course they were due to complete the course the following weekend however smart breeder changed the date. the new date my father wasn’t able to attend due to work we explained this to smartbreeder and luke said he would sort it. months go buy and no call or message in relation to this matter. rang in again questioning refund told amy would ring back however she didn’t she just sent a email that didn’t make sense and stated they would only refund a couple 100 pounds i would not recommend smart breed to anyone. very unprofessional. courses your watching luke chat rubbish and he shows you how to scan it’s not at all hands on and the spout lies. look for a more reputable place to learn as here you will be robbed.

I bought an ultrasound scanning and microchipping Course. Both supposed to be half day each. Courses took place on a Saturday and we were finished by lunchtime! Ultrasound course was rubbish and the pregnant queen that was supplied was too far gone in gestation to see anything. I received my certificate and it was printed crooked - not very professional! For the microchipping, there was not enough pets supplied for the group of 16 learners - total waste of money! I got sent home and told someone would be in contact to do a zoom call with unchipped animal that I had to find - was told to advertise on Facebook for this! I paid the money for smart breeder to provide 2 pets - I want a refund!

A disgrace of a company please avoid , the website for registration of Chips is never working correctly, the member of staff that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, they can never answer genuine questions, they really shouldn’t be trading , I could get more sense out of a bunch of monkeys in a zoo , and trying to speak to a person from smarttrace is impossible.

Can someone explain why this company is still running? You only need to watch puppy boom on BBC I player to see how dodgy this company is. The man running the course is not a vet nor a vetinary nurse. Nothing that would qualify him running such a course. The man actually suggests owners give their dogs hormonal human contraception!!! Avoid at all costs.
