Asked for inside and outside of my car to be cleaned. Returned to find rubbish packet still on the floor in the back obviously not been touched, mud still on the seats and inside of the car, doors etc, and pet hair not removed. Once questioned only response was you didn't pay for that package. I didn't mind paying more ( although prices are expensive) I just wanted everything clean. If using this service I would say you HAVE to be very specific. Also it's not until your in daylight you notice how bad it has been left. Maybe it's the poor lighting not helping the poor quality. Or just lack of quality for a high price. I didn't expect to pay what I did £26 (and no airfreshner) and have to go home and clean my car. For £26 not a long is done on the inside, might aswell paid £26 just for the outside. Service: Cleaning

I wish there was a minus stars option. We left our brand new car with them (for its first wash after being picked up from the showroom). We came back to collect it and the whole car was scratched all over! It’s like they used a brush or a gritty dirty cloth. We were told they were just “swirls” and this was ok! We were made to call the dealer to prove the car hadn’t been purchased in that condition - which of course they did. Their public liability and employers liability insurance ran out in 2019!!!! Please DO NOT USE. The car was also disgusting - smeared everywhere with finger prints left all over the windows and the wheels were filthy!! The owner who was unable to speak to us has sent a text to say that we were out of order telling people to check their cars as they collected them. Well I’m doing it here as a public review forum which I am entitled to do. Our lawyers will be in contact. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Booked my car in today for a clean inside and out. Was told to come and collect my vehicle around 5-5:15pm. Google said that they are open until 6. Missed a couple of calls whilst I was shopping just after 5 and got back to them at 5:25 to find out that staff had gone home and I would have to pay an extra £10 to collect my car. Tried speaking with the manager explaining that there was no signs about to tell customers their operating times and this was not explained to me that I would need to collect my car on the dot else they would be closed at 5 that day. Such a shame as the inside of my car was cleaned really well but still some dirty marks on the alloys. Probably won’t be using them again. Service: Standard cleaning
