I had cause to use this company the other day. OMG. All I can say is WOW. The chaps here are most definitely top drawer. I had a problem with the convertible roof and considered getting a local garage (Stoke) to fix it. but decided that I should go to a garage that only deals with smart cars. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 mins, rather than 2-3 hours trying to guess on how to fix. I picked his mind on other problems. he took time to advise me and educate me. I bombarded his with so many questions, he answered all the questions like a trooper. A true gent. I had a few bits that also needed addressing, like a trooper he stepped up to the mark... All fixed. I shall be taking the fortwo to him in future. I cannot sing the praises of this small company for small cars enough. It is a pity the star ranking does not go higher.
