Took my phone to them to have it repaired, tried to tell me the screen was broken and that I had dropped it (no signs of damage on the screen, back, sides or corners) and charge me £100+ even though I knew it wouldn't be the screen because the screen had been working fine. Took it to the Apple shop who ran some tests and found it to be a processor fault. Walked out with a brand new phone that cost me nothing. If I had of got the screen replaced it still wouldn't have worked and it would of cost me alot more because it wouldn't of been the correct screen needed to allow me to claim a new one under consumer rights act.
