Was really pleased with the build team and the whole install process…But watch out… It’s only when you start living in and using the space you get the sense of things… I came to realise they had changed an aspect of my build without any form of discussion… Having bought it to SmartSpaces attention they are choosing to go down the route of detail buried in contact terms and conditions. Which apparently states they reserve the right to change materials!! they do not reserve the right to do this without communicating the change and understanding the impact. Bit of a cheap move for something I’ve paid ~£40k for and after accommodating them putting my build on hold for a week so they could send the build team back to a previous jobs So much for being reasonable. Really disappointed

From start to finish, the people at Smart Spaces were terrific. Caroline and Helen communicated at each stage in a reliable and really constructive way, and the installation team (Danny, Jake, Ewan and the rest) made what could have been a messy week a straightforward, hassle free experience. The end product: a great little garden room in a very tight space was exactly what we wanted and envisioned. The sky pod gave the extra light the site needed, and the underfloor heating was a useful addition at a reasonable price. We’re really pleased. The photos uploaded now show the unit pretty well finished.

We are very pleased with the high quality of the service provided by the Smart Spaces team. We needed additional space for our office/gym, hence we opted for 3m wide and 7m long pod. The company is based in Leeds, but we were able to complete the project outline and quotation over the phone and email, which saved us considerable amount of time. The team that worked onsite was very professional and according to the specification we have agreed. They were also punctual, knowledgeable and tided up site after work was completed. We have been kept up to date during all stages and any queries, that we had after completion was answered in prompt manner. This is outstanding customer service, which is not very common these days. Thank you very much to Helen, both head office and site team for such a wonderful experience with the our build.

I cannot recommend the Smart Spaces team enough. From a simple old shed to the most luxurious garden room. Helen in the office is a superstar and has arranged everything perfectly. Shaun managed the build brilliantly with George, Jake, Danny, Dave and the team. Here everyday at 7am, every stage made with precision and supreme care. We couldn't be happier with the result. A fantastic company and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The end result is better than we imagined.
