The team were polite and helpful, however when I went on site, occasionally they were not there even when I was told they would be there. Invoicing was incorrect and constantly questioning and having them reissued. Have no question of the work, just felt unprofessional and not trustworthy with invoicing. So to reply to his statement, I didn't ignore I kept on asking for the time sheets whcih I never got, please note I was sick for some time and then we had a pandemic, hence the 6 months…. Here is an extract from an email "Ok, the only one to be paid is the one attached – sorry for confusion. The other with the same number had been generated with an error showing 8 days worked rather than 7 last week. " which took time for him to resolve. He filed and yes I paid, as I really dont' have time to deal with people / companies like this. Please note that the work was not completed however he gave a electrical certificate. His response to my review shows you the person / company you are dealing with.... be warned!!! So to add onto the review, I have had to redo the works done by Smart Space Group as the images show you, this is their level of workmanship....

Top-quality service, not just on the technical side, but a company that really listens, and follows through on every commitment. In a new build our flat has a quite sophisticated system for lights, curtains, music, TV, etc. Smart Space explained all our options, helped us decide on configuration to suit us. If they said they'd come at 9, they came at 9. If they said the cost was X, it was X. And they were very willing to return for small things (installation of a dimmer on a lamp) and to re-explain how everything functioned to one of us (who is more techically challenged). Very pleasant experience all the way around. Would highly recommend.

Whatever snags there were after the installation have been dealt with efficiently and fairly.
