Was looking to hire a machine over the bank holiday weekend and was advised i needed to return the machine on the monday morning even though it was a bank holiday monday and told that if it was returned on tuesday i would be charged another day. I have chosen to give my staff a day off as a mark of respect to the late queen apparently Smart are not doing this which i feel is disrectspectful and to top it off charging customers that would like to mark the respect. Rude drivers who consistently park these trucks in narrow streets and refuse to move them despite repeated requests. Would not recommend using this company who clearly do not care about local residents. Try another hire company who offers a better service and prices
