I have never been to the shop, and i rang to enquire and cross reference the price of a phone. I wanted to see if the price i was paying was value for money. The individual who answered the phone was helpful and polite in assisting me, he didn’t behave in a rude way, alongside the fact that their was no financial gain in it for him by assisting me.

Really good customer services. The touchscreen on my iPhone XS Max suddenly stopped responding to touch and also was ghost touching. Called up this shop just before they closed and the young gentleman said if I come in he will try and fix it. I was so grateful as he was about to shut. He fixed my screen within 10-15 mins at a great price and also gave me a free screen protector 😊😊😊 so happy! Thank you

Wasted 7 weeks waiting, constantly being told my phone should be ready tomorrow. Still wasn't fixed in the end. Glad I never paid anything upfront as suggest. Unprofessional cowboy place. Avoid!

First of all I like to mention that they still owe me 150 since 2013 unbelievable whenever I come in they keep saying I will have it tomorrow or come back next week. Second of all I can find cheaper phones somewhere else. They just scam people. Not a word I have heard from them I gave them my number multiple of times but they haven't been bothered to get back to me. 150 they still owe meView less
