What a disgrace... I parked for 4 hours 16 minutes on a Sunday night (4 hours are for free)... I paid for the overtime on a machine which didn't print a receipt and a month later I get a ticket through post. How can such robbers be allowed to function as a company is beyond me.

I have paid my penalty fine after talking with them they are not willing to accept my appeal. It was my work place car park and I have told the company and they even registered my vehicle Reg on the day I start work. But forget it anyway I have ended up paying this fine £60 and get rid of this head ache. Which I have done and got confirmation from them saying it’s now cleared and no outstanding left. After 1 month I received a letter from debt recovery plus one of their parent company who work together and now they trying to ripping me off saying £170 I have to pay. I have contacted them leices all my evidence and payment proof still they are not satisfied they stick on with their condition telling me the client hasn’t send any payment proof to them so they ask me to pay £170 if not take to legal proceedings. I am taking them to the court now I don’t mind paying my solicitor but I need to teach them some lesson. They both companies are fraud and conning people. So yes we all have to stand together and closed down this two institutions. Reported to financial ombudsman also I have send a statement to publish on the local newspaper about this two company.

Received £100 parking charge after dropping our guests to Park Regis hotel Birmingham. 4 of us entered the hotel and didn't notice any signs to validate drop off parking, receptionists didn't say it either. There is no way of contacting this company and reading reviews seems that apeal is wastevof time. Very disappointed with hotel and never will visit or stay there again.

Never received any letter about a penalty charge then started getting harassed by debt recovery plus that I owe £170 as I never responded to previous letters absolute scam of a company will never use erdington central square shopping centre car park ever again or any of there sites !! How is this even legal in the 21st century? Absolute scamming crooks!! Dvla should not be giving driver details to these rogues!!

never received a letter about a fine of any kind. i then receive a letter from debt recovery to say i have ignored the letters (that i did not get) and not i owe £170. when ever i have had parking fines i pay them immediately just to save hassle. this company are a bunch of con artists and i bet they are somehow linked to the debt recovery agency.
