Please be careful with the charges and agreement. Lots of hidden costs. Promissed agreement with the £99 per month, but end up paying around £250 per month. Very dissapointed(((( wish we would not sign an agreement

I can highly recommend the Smart Office Group. We have used them for the last 6 years and have not found a more professional, helpful and dedicated company and team. Their attention to detail and ensuring the client always receives the best possible solution was key in staying with them after so many years. You will also struggle to beat them on price. They are not one of those companies who promise the world and after signing the contract you end up receiving poor service or account management. Gary Smart runs a very reliable and trustworthy ship and I cant recommend them highly enough.

After being a customer of Smart Office for many years we were so disappointed by the customer service we received from them that when our contract came to an end we decided to look elsewhere. We were then given a very bully boy service from Smart Office, making it difficult for us to leave, not giving us the correct information on how and who we needed to give notice to and then on the day before the printers were due to be returned they refused to take them back, even though this had been arranged for 6 months. No real reason other than they did not want them back and that we had to return them to Enfield. Throughout, the customer service was aggressive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.
