My car was with Lookers at 10.30 am as a while you wait job. I went for a walk and arrived back at 1.30 pm the car was still where I left it and had not been started. When I asked when my car would be ready I received an apology and told the mechanic would work through his lunch break to get my car done. I had the front break discs and pads replaced and two rear tires. When I booked the car in I was told that the rear breaks would be inspected as this is normal when replacing the front discs. This had not been done. I also requested Michelin tires as fitted to the car when new. Lookers decided to fit Avon tires without asking if this would be acceptable. I was starting to think that it was because I had a Smart car but there were two Mercedes owners there who were also clearly not happy.

Amazing customer service experience from start to finish, from Ashley who booked it on the phone who was so helpful, to Rohip who completed the service, he rang when they were about to start the service then rang to tell me the outcome. A special thanks to the lovely gentleman who collected my car and returned it, he is so kind and joyful, always so courteous, sadly I don’t know his name but he is a credit to Smart ! … thank you all so much. 🙂

Excellent service from Malcolm and the service team. Malcolm explained fully what had happened during the srvice and what had been replaced, recommendations and when the next service was due. Service carried out within the given timescale. I was telephoned to collect the car. Car had been fully valeted. Would definitely recommend.
