Fantastic to deal with. Bought a used car over the phone from central Scotland and the process was super smooth from start to finish and they offered (and honoured) a fair trade-in value on our car. Drove from Glasgow to Stockton to pick up a Volkswagon T-roc. All contact with the staff (Ged and Gary) was very pleasant. Both were extremely helpful in sorting my car over the phone and when I met Ged in store he was additionally helpful. Took his time to go through all the paper work with me and showed me around the car. Staff went the extra mile to accommodate. 5 stars well deserved. Would recommend to anyone!
