Phoned today to ask fuse location on my Mum’s car She bought from them 6 years ago (with service packages etc) was told couldn’t possibly tell you that in case something went wrong but can book you in !….which sounds a bit like a…. He didn’t know b ….was happy for £120 per hour to change fuse They would have more chance of repeat business if were a little more helpful. Toyota dealerships are a far better experience !

My vehicle was brought to you following a breakdown and rolled both off and on to the recovery truck - I was originally advised by someone from the service team that if the vehicle was received at your premises by 1800hrs it would be looked at the next day. On arrival however I was told that would not be the case in fact it wasn't looked at for two days in the end. You were unable to find the original fault yet found another fault stating the brakes were locked on? Strange as I pushed it quite easily towards and after delivery into the parking space at your facility. I received a call two days later notifying me of this fault which I queried for obvious reasons and I was told they would get back to me. After no contact for a few days I emailed the lady dealing with the matter and received no response whatsoever. I called in at the branch the following day to be told they couldn't find or replicate the fault which I understand and I was told Oh well I was off yesterday so I would not have seen your email - This was about 11 am so she could have replied that morning? Furthermore its a failing that she had not put an out of office response to her emails or that are not being monitored by anyone else at the branch? To top it up a comment that I was not prepared to get the alleged fault repaired by yourselves was put on my bill. Yes I was not prepared for your guys/girls to fix something which to my mind didn't (and subsequent tests) exist and I would prefer to take it to a garage whom I have used previously and whose work I have been constantly happy with. The whole experience proved to be a nightmare if I am honest my father had had a stroke and I needed to get to Norfolk asap to assist my elderly mother. I am afraid if I need further specialist work on my Smart car I would choose another dealership who might fare better than yours clearly did on this occasion

Very disappointing appointment. The salesman was late. He didn’t seem particularly interested that we wanted to buy a brand new smart car. We did a test drive in a nice car. He showed us another one covered in bird poo that we could buy. We bought one from another dealer who was delighted to sell us a new car.
