    Smooth transaction when buying the car, Brian was great and nothing was too much bother. Little dents and chips were sorted out, missing parcel shelf sorted etc. Only problem is with after sales (usually the case!) getting someone to look into the issues with the Smart EQ app enabling me to see if my car is charged or pre warming/cooling is proving difficult- no one wants to know (granted, a minor issue, but it was a selling point, so I’d like it to work!) Still giving a 5 star rating as buying the car was trouble free!
