£20 for iPhone 6s Plus battery replacement. Once they changed the battery my iPhone camera and ear speaker completely stopped working. The shop staff refused to take the iphone back for diagnosis and repair due to the problem that occurred after the battery replacement. There is nothing smart about this shop. They are crooks. I took the iPhone to Apple approved technician for repair and they found the flexi cable for ear speaker and camera pierced and damaged. All directly caused by Smart Mobiles! Smart Mobiles staff are incompetent and unprofessional. They will take your money and accept no liability for any damage they would responsibly have cause. Keep AWAY from this store.
