I started using these guys to host my website back in 2016 at the time they were great, however this is no longer the case. They dont provide a contact number to call them on so you cant speak directly with them. You're forced to use there ticket system which they dont reply too. I sent them a request to cancel my hosting subscription on 02.03.23 as of writting this review on google they still have not contacted me. My decision to change provider and use a different CMS platform is because their own CMS system is out-dated and they provide absolutely no customer service. I made the mistake of paying an annual subscription with them in November 2022 since all my emails so far have been ignored I dont believe a refund will be forthcoming.

I have been looking at replacing my website but have been amazed at the costs involved - I came across Smart Little Web and decided to go ahead and make the change - I am SO glad that I did. The team there are professional, knowledgeable and have a great product. Now, I have a great looking web site that is mobile friendly and the team have looked after me, for little more than the cost of hosting a domain name... I already had a site with Smart Little Web and when our local football team, Winchester City FC needed their site updated I didn't hesitate to recommend the team. Although the subject matter is very different, the initial setup was approached in much the same way - and it didn't take very long for a new and updated website to be created. Everyone involved with the club is very happy with the results, both on and off the pitch!. Thanks for a great job!

I have had a website for quite a number of years now it looked okay and to be honesty I was pleased with it. I noticed an email about websites called Smart little web I thought that was funny because I only wanted a little website.I had a look at what they were offering and called for an appointment. I now have a very up to date, modern website that my clients fine easy to use. I have been told on a number of occasion how great my website looks which means I am one happy customer.
